You’ll work with clients and delivery teams to understand business needs, identify opportunities, and communicate findings that support better decisions and continuous improvement.\nWhat you’ll do\nAnalyze data to identify patterns, changes, and emerging trends.\nPrepare insight summaries, visualizations, and recommendations for internal and client stakeholders.\nWork with clients to understand business needs, challenges, and project goals.\nIdentify improvement opportunities and make data-informed recommendations to senior management.\nExplain the financial and operational impact of proposed changes, including relevant risks.\nClarify project scope and coordinate with delivery teams to support implementation.\nWhat you’ll bring\nFluency in English, both written and spoken.\nStrong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and draw relevant conclusions.\nExcellent presentation and communication skills.\nAdvanced Excel skills, including charts and formulas, and proficiency in PowerPoint.\nA bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.\nAt least one year of experience in customer experience, analytics, process improvement, or a related area.\nAt least one year of experience communicating and presenting data insights to stakeholders.\nEnergy, initiative, and a focus on delivering results.\nPreferred skills\nExperience with
