You’ll develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies, ensure precise and timely financial reporting, and deliver strategic insights to enable effective business decisions. This role oversees a talented team-from Directors to Analysts-driving collaboration and financial excellence across departments. Key responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, intra-month financial outlook tracking, and results reporting to support regional growth and performance.\nPrimary Job Responsibilities\nStrategic Financial Planning\nDevelop and execute long-term financial plans aligned with our APAC regional and company objectives.\nConduct financial forecasting and scenario analysis to guide strategic decision-making.\nCollaborate with senior management to establish clear financial targets and KPIs.\nBudgeting and Forecasting\nLead the annual budgeting process, including preparation, review, and approval.\nMonitor actual vs. budget variances, providing insight and recommendations for discrepancies and operational improvement.\nDevelop and maintain accurate financial forecasts for short-term and long-term planning.\nOversee creation and maintenance of intra-month financial trackers to monitor progress.\nFinancial Reporting\nEnsure timely and accurate financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual statements).\nPrepare and present financial analyses to senior management and regional stakeholders.\nProvide ad hoc financial analysis for the Region CFO and Global CFO as required.\nRisk Management\nIdentify and mitigate financial risks related to the APAC operations.\nDevelop and implement regional risk management policies and procedures.\nMonitor compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.\nTeam Leadership\nLead a team of Directors, Managers, and Analysts, fostering a high-performance culture.\nMentor and develop team members to support their career growth.\nCreate a positive and productive work environment, aligned with Foundever’s values.\nCollaboration and Communication\nServe as a liaison between finance and other business units to ensure goal alignment.\nCommunicate financial information effectively to key stakeholders, both finance and non-finance.\nParticipate in cross-functional meetings and committees to advance business initiatives.\nContinuous Improvement\nStay informed on industry trends and best practices in financial planning and results reporting.\nImplement innovative tools and technologies to boost process efficiency and accuracy.\nQualifications and Experience\n15+ years in Financial Planning & Analysis and Results Reporting, with 6+ years in senior leadership roles.\nBachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting strongly preferred.\nExceptional analytical, financial modeling, and presentation skills.\nProven leadership in managing large teams and driving strategic transformation.\nOutstanding written and verbal communication, adaptable for varied audiences.\nStrong organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software (SAP, Oracle).\nDeep understanding of business dynamics, ERP systems, and financial reporting.\nEffective at managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and achieving goals.\nAbility to formulate and implement strategic plans that align with organizational objectives.\nExpertise in building and maintaining strong business relationships while navigating complex political landscapes.\nProven capability to influence stakeholders at all levels and adapt leadership practices to meet evolving challenges. \nThe Environment\nLocation.
