This role bridges data analysis with strategic communication, helping organizations articulate their ESG performance to stakeholders. They create reports and dashboards that help teams monitor performance, identify trends, and make strategic choices. This role blends technical skills with business acumen and clear communication.\n\nData Collection & Validation - Gather ESG-related data from internal systems, external databases, and third-party sources. Ensure accuracy and completeness.\nPerformance Monitoring - Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to improve efficiency.\nTrend Analysis & Insights - Analyze ESG metrics to identify performance trends, risks, and opportunities. Provide actionable insights to leadership.\nStakeholder Collaboration - Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., finance, operations, HR) to gather data and align ESG goals.\nRegulatory Compliance - Stay updated on evolving ESG regulations and ensure reporting meets legal and industry standards.\nKnowledge of main ISO standards applicable to ESG are a real plus\nReporting & Documentation - Prepare ESG reports aligned with frameworks such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP, and UNSDGs.
