You will meet both corporate and statutory requirements, encompassing all aspects of resourcing, employee relations, employee development and reward, and adding value in support of the company’s business objectives.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nProvide guidance and support to Operations on Human Resource best practice ensuring proactive delivery of HR processes and consistent measurement across the sites.\nAct as the first point of contact for line managers on all HR related issues, in particular:Absence Management\nPerformance Management\nCapability\nDiscipline and Grievance\nNon-agent Recruitment and Selection\nEmployment Law\nEmployee Relations\nHuman Resource Policies and Procedures\n\nAttend cross-site operations meetings and provide support on HR-related issues, in particular, providing advice and agreeing on actions in relation to absence management and conduct issues.\nSupport the wider team in providing advice and guidance to the site leadership team on best practices, compliance with employment legislation, and internal security and audit procedures.\nWork across multi-disciplined Operations teams to lead and influence the delivery of HR policies and procedures, employee satisfaction and employee relations.\nWork closely with the site teams, in the development of a performance-driven culture, which encourages individual ownership of results and associate development.\nSupport the HR Team in ensuring that the company remains fully compliant with changes to employment law and practices and that these practices are implemented consistently.\nSupport the HR Team in implementing appropriate actions to raise associate satisfaction levels and ensure regular two-way feedback is undertaken with associates.\nSupport the HR Team in ensuring attendance and attrition are effectively managed and reviewed, with remedial actions taken where necessary.\nContribute fully to the business planning process and ensure Human Resources Strategy is aligned to business goals.\nSupport and deliver HR related projects.\nSupport EverConnect initiatives at a local and regional level.\nTake personal responsibility to understand and comply with all company and client security requirements and policies.\nExperience Requirements\n3 -
