The role helps protect employees, visitors, facilities, equipment, and client assets while supporting a safe, welcoming, and business-ready workplace.The manager works with Operations, Facilities, Human Resources, IT, Legal, and client representatives to maintain effective security controls, respond to incidents, and meet applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop, implement, and maintain site security policies, procedures, and standards.\nOversee access-control processes for employees, contractors, visitors, and vendors.\nManage security systems and services, such as access control, CCTV, alarms, security officers, and visitor management.\nConduct site risk assessments and security reviews; coordinate and track agreed corrective actions.\nLead or coordinate responses to security incidents, including documentation, escalation, investigation, and follow-up.Maintain incident records and provide regular reporting on trends, risks, and security performance.\nWork with Facilities and Operations to support emergency preparedness, business continuity, and site safety plans.Coordinate security requirements for new sites, office changes, client launches, and business expansions.\nManage security vendors, service levels, budgets, and contract performance.\nDeliver security awareness guidance and role-specific training to employees and relevant partners.\nCoordinate with internal teams, clients, building management, and local authorities when required.\nReview security procedures periodically and update them following incidents, changes in risk, or new requirements.\nProtect confidential information and handle security-related records in line with company policies and applicable privacy requirements. \nQualifications and Responsibilities\nBachelor’s degree in Security Management, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field;
