The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiation. This role requires a deep understanding of procurement processes and the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers while ensuring the company’s procurement needs are met efficiently and effectively.\nPrimary Job Responsibilities\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop and implement procurement strategies that align with business goals and objectives.\nSource, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best value and quality for materials and services.\nManage the end-to-end procurement process, including requisition, purchase order issuance, and contract management.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.\nConduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and industry trends.\nMonitor supplier performance and maintain effective relationships to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.\nLead cost-reduction initiatives and identify opportunities for improved efficiency through procurement practices.\nPrepare and present reports on procurement metrics, supplier performance, and project status to senior management.\nEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations regarding procurement activities.\nMentor and train junior procurement staff, providing guidance and support in their professional growth.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. \nMinimum of 1-2 experience in procurement or supply chain management, with a focus on strategic sourcing and supplier management.\nStrong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities to foster relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.\nProficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills\nFluency in English\nBPO experience is a
