You will work closely with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and operations teams to design intuitive interfaces, simplify complex workflows, and ensure our platform delivers measurable impact. You will report directly to our Director of Design.\nPrimary Job Responsibilities\nOwn the design of complex product workflows from concept to execution, ensuring clarity, quality, and alignment with business and user needs.\nLead discovery activities: map user journeys, gather insights, and translate them into actionable problem statements and design opportunities.\nDesign end-to-end UX/UI: information architecture, flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, and thoughtful edge-case handling.\nConduct user research and usability testing to validate solutions and drive evidence-based decisions.\nCollaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and AI/operations teams to translate technical concepts into approachable tools and workflows.\nEnsure design-engineering alignment through detailed specifications, iterative reviews, and design QA.\nContribute to and evolve our design system, improving components, patterns, and documentation to support scalable, coherent experiences across the platform.\nPromote user-centered design principles, balancing usability, performance, safety, and technical constraints.\nChampion better tooling and automation to streamline design and product delivery processes.\nStay current with industry trends, especially in AI, automation, and platform UX, and proactively bring new ideas to the team. \nWhat you need in order to be successful\n4+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or a related field, ideally within SaaS, platform, or workflow-heavy products.\nStrong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, interaction design depth, and shipped product impact.\nMastery of Figma (components, variants, tokens, prototyping, libraries) and comfort with industry-standard design tools.\nExperience with user research methods and usability testing.\nStrong understanding of design systems, accessibility, and responsive or complex interface design.\nExcellent communication skills: able to clearly articulate decisions, rationale, and trade-offs to stakeholders.\nExperience working in an agile or iterative development environment.\nMotivation to learn and work within AI-driven or technical product domains.\nExperience in AI, automation, or workflow/tooling products.\nFamiliarity with CX, operations, or enterprise integrations.\nFluent English spoken and written communication skills.
