The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our VDI and MDM environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user experience. This role requires a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nVDI Administration:Design, deploy, and maintain VDI solutions using technologies such as Amazon WorkSpaces, Citrix, and Azure Virtual Desktop to ensure reliable and scalable virtual desktop environments.\nMonitor VDI performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system resources for user efficiency.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement VDI projects and enhancements.\nManage user profiles, application delivery, and access controls within the VDI environment.\n\nMDM Administration:Implement and manage MDM solutions, specifically Microsoft Intune, to secure, monitor, and manage mobile devices.\nConfigure policies, profiles, and applications within Microsoft Intune to ensure compliance and security across devices.\nSupport the enrollment of devices and provide technical support for end-users.\nMonitor device compliance and address security threats or vulnerabilities.\n\nDocumentation and Reporting:Maintain documentation for VDI and MDM processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.\nPrepare regular reports on system performance, trends, and security compliance.\n\nUser Support and Training:Provide technical support to end-users for VDI and MDM-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.\nConduct training sessions for users on best practices for using VDI and mobile devices.\n\nContinuous Improvement:Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to VDI and MDM.\n\nRecommend and implement improvements to enhance system performance and security\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.\nProven experience as a VDI and MDM Administrator or similar role.\nStrong knowledge of VDI technologies, including Amazon WorkSpaces, Citrix, and Azure Virtual Desktop, as well as MDM solutions, particularly Microsoft Intune and Azure.\nProficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to virtual desktops and mobile devices.\nFamiliarity with managing network infrastructure, security protocols, and compliance standards.\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.\nPreferred Qualifications\nRelevant certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect Associate, Citrix Certified Professional, Microsoft Azure/Intune).\nExperience with cloud-based VDI solutions and mobile device management platforms.\nKnowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation of
