Four Hands is where passion meets purpose and where your next chapter begins.\nAs a Business Operations Analyst Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting business operations, data analytics, improving processes, and working with enterprise systems. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to support projects, analyze business workflows, troubleshoot operational challenges, and identify opportunities for improvement. You’ll also cleanse, validate, and analyze business data, maintain accurate information across systems, and develop reports that support operational decision-making. \nThis position is expected to start in January 2027 and continue through the entire Spring 2027 term (through April 2027). Our internships are 12 weeks and on-site in Austin, TX\nIn This Role \nAssist with data analysis, reporting, and validation to support business decisions and operational accuracy\nCollaborate with Master Data, Product Information, Sales Operations, and other teams to investigate business and data challenges and support solutions\nSupport business projects, including coordinating activities, tracking progress, and documenting requirements and action items, while identifying opportunities for improvement and greater efficiency\nAssist with assigned tasks within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) system, including updates, troubleshooting, and process improvements\nSupport master data management activities, including data updates, quality checks, and process documentation. \nLearn and apply new tools to strengthen technical and industry skills \nOther duties as assigned by Management \nUphold our core values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team: \nBe open and honest \nReach for excellence \nAct with responsibility \nValue the whole person \nEnjoy the journey \nThe Ideal Person \nCurrently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field\nStrong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail\nUnderstating of SQL, including the ability to write simple queries, retrieve data, and perform basic data analysis\nFamiliarity with ERP systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, is a plus\nExperience with reporting or data visualization tools, such as Power BI, is a plus\nAbout Four Hands\nHeadquartered in Austin, Texas, since 1996, Four Hands crafts furniture, art and décor - pieces that are all about creating space.
