Four Hands is where passion meets purpose and where your next chapter begins.\nAs a Sales Enablement Intern at Four Hands, you'll support key initiatives through project coordination and cross-functional collaboration. This role offers hands-on experience in sales strategy, operations, and execution. \nThis position is expected to start January 2027 and continue through the entire Spring 2027 term (through May 2027). Our internships are a minimum of 10 weeks, part-time and on-site. \nIn This Role \nSupport sales initiatives through project and program management \nCollaborate and partner with business teams to define and solve problems that impact customers \nAssist in managing customer visits by drafting detailed itineraries, scheduling showroom and warehouse tours, coordinating logistics such as catering orders and setup, and collaborating with the marketing team to ensure a seamless and professional experience. \nHelp identify required activities to successfully drive sales programs, ensuring appropriate task assignments are in place \nBe open to changing priorities and adapt quickly to new information or requirements \nCollaborate with Sales Management and Product Marketing team to align strategy, segmentation and go-to-market tactics with sales activities \nAssist building presentation materials for both internal teams and stakeholders \nEnsure quality and timely submission of program deliverables \nRegularly update team members or leaders about project progress, challenges, and changes \nHandle proprietary information with care, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all relevant policies and protocols \nAssist with Trade Show preparation, customer visits and organization of sales assets \nOther duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications \nUphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team: \nBe open and honest \nReach for excellence \nAct with responsibility \nValue the whole person \nEnjoy the journey \nThe Ideal Person \nCurrently pursuing a degree in Business, Sales, Communications, Marketing \nExperience with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams) \nFamiliarity with using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or other generative AI platforms \nAbout Four Hands\nHeadquartered in Austin, Texas, since 1996, Four Hands crafts furniture, art and décor - pieces that are all about creating space.
