This role helps foster a learning culture that empowers employees to realize their potential, deliver genuine hospitality, and uphold the values and standards of Four Seasons.\nWorking closely with the Learning & Development Manager and department leaders, the Learning & Development Supervisor supports the design, coordination, and delivery of learning initiatives that enhance employee performance, engagement, and career growth. The role ensures the effective execution of onboarding, compliance, leadership development, service culture, and skills-based training programs, while maintaining alignment with Four Seasons service standards and business objectives.\nWhat You Will Do\nDevelop and implement the annual Learning & Development strategy in collaboration with the Learning & Development Manager. \nManage and facilitate Embark and other core Four Seasons learning programs in collaboration with relevant presenters. \nMaintain and develop the Certified Departmental Trainer (CDT) programme and coach Departmental Trainers. \nPartner with the L&D Manager, Operational Leads to identify performance gaps and determine appropriate learning and development solutions. \nManage mandatory, ethics, safety, compliance, and service-related learning requirements. \nDrive employee engagement, recognition, appreciation, wellbeing, and employee experience initiatives across the employee journey. \nSupport employee services and P&C related initiatives in collaboration with People & Culture and operational teams. \nManage learning and employee experience budgets, resources, systems, records, and external providers. \nPartner with the P&C Lead to drive hotel-wide learning, culture, employee experience. \nWhat You Bring\nMinimum 2 years of experience in a learning, training, talent development, human resources, or related role. \nDegree or Diploma in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or a related field preferred but not required. \nExperience in hotel operations, preferably luxury hospitality or another customer-centric service environment will be an advantage. \nExperience working with diverse cultures. \nExcellent Presentation & facilitation skills \nStrong communication, facilitation, coaching, influencing, and organizational skills. \nA proactive, professional, and service-oriented approach. \nOur Offering\nFour Seasons believes in offering the best to the best; check out some of our amazing benefits!
