Your curiosity, drive to seek understanding, and ability to turn data into action will be essential in fostering a culture of data-driven excellence.\nIn This Role\nOwn the financial planning and analysis process for assigned departments, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking aligned with company goals\nLead cross-functional financial initiatives, partnering with teams such as Art Studio, Sales, and Marketing to evaluate proposals and drive strategic decisions\nDevelop and maintain advanced financial models and dashboards to monitor performance, identify trends, and flag risks or opportunities\nOwn the standard reoccurring reporting required by Sales, Art Studio, and other business areas as assigned, ensuring timely and accurate execution\nProactively identify areas for financial improvement, anticipate challenges, and recommend solutions before they arise\nInitiate and drive deep-dive analyses (e.g., profitability, product line, customer segments) and present actionable recommendations to senior leadership\nChampion process improvements and automation efforts to scale financial operations and improve accuracy and efficiency\nPrepare and deliver presentations, financial materials, and ad hoc reports that influence business strategy and execution\nDemonstrate intellectual curiosity and understanding by asking thoughtful questions, exploring data from multiple angles, and engaging with stakeholders to uncover root causes and strategic insights\nOther duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications\nUphold the Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team:\nBe open and honest\nReach for excellence\nAct with responsibility\nValue the whole person\nEnjoy the journey\nPricing & Sales Program Analytics\nSupport pricing strategy and customer incentive programs, including pricing tiers, discounts, loyalty programs, rebates, and sales, commissions, ensuring alignment with profitability and growth, objectives\nLead financial modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate pricing, actions, customer programs, and sales incentive structures, providing, recommendations that optimize revenue and margin performance\nPartner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, Accounting, Legal, and Master Data teams to ensure pricing programs, and customer incentives are accurately governed, executed, and reported\nMonitor pricing, rebate, commission, and customer profitability trends, proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and margin improvement actions\nBuild and maintain customer, pricing, and sales performance reporting in Power BI, D365, and other reporting tools to support strategic decision-making\nDeliver customer and sales analytics that support contract negotiations, segmentation strategies, growth planning, and leadership reporting\nContinuously improve processes, controls, and reporting capabilities related to pricing, rebates, commissions, and customer analytics\nThe Ideal Person\n5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related role, ideally in a fast-paced or scaling company\nDemonstrated ability to proactively identify opportunities, anticipate business needs, and take initiative\nNaturally curious, with a strong desire to understand the “why” behind the numbers and business drivers\nStrong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and quantitative analysis\nExperience using data to create high-level insights and strategic recommendations\nAdvanced Excel skills; familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), ERP systems, and financial platforms\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills; able to clearly present financial information to all audiences\nComfortable working under tight deadlines and managing competing priorities\nExperience mentoring or coaching others, even outside formal reporting lines, is a plus\nAbout Four Hands\nHeadquartered in Austin, Texas, since 1996, Four Hands crafts furniture, art and décor - pieces that are all about creating space.
