This individual is responsible for all design, development, and industrialisation of antennas, duplexers, filters, and related products, as well as the design and industrialisation of power and signal distribution solutions used in the mobile communication industry.\nThe purpose of the RF Engineer is to apply applicable knowledge and experience to create products and solutions that serve customer requirements in the communications industry.\n\nDuties & Responsibilities\nAntenna design and industrialisation\nGather and influence customer requirements\nDesign and development of suitable solutions\nInvolvement in manufacturing setup, testing and QA\nParticipation in production planning and component sourcing decisions\nDesign of filters, duplexers, and splitters\nGather and influence customer requirements\nDesign and development of suitable solutions\nInvolvement in manufacturing setup, testing and QA\nParticipation in production planning and component sourcing decisions\nPower and signal distribution\nConsult with customers and end-users regarding their requirements\nGather customer requirements for power and signal reticulation on towers and related structures\nDesign, develop and industrialise appropriate solutions to serve identified needs\nEnsure customer approvals and certifications are done\n\nDesired Experience & Qualification\nA degree in Electronics with specialisation in RF\nA postgraduate qualification with specialisation in RF\nFamiliar with office productivity tools such as Google, MS Office or similar\nProven competency in writing and authoring technical documentation\n\nPackage & Remuneration\nSalary: R50000 -
