You will own meaningful product outcomes from day one - working hands-on with data, engaging directly with enterprise customers, and partnering with engineering and design to ship features that move the needle on adoption, retention, and customer experience.\nYou'll sit at the intersection of supply chain operations and modern software product development, and you'll need both: deep empathy for how freight actually moves, and the analytical rigor to translate that into product bets worth making.\nWhat you'll be doing\nProduct Ownership & Adoption (40%)\nTrack and analyze feature adoption, engagement, and retention KPIs for OTR and core visibility products\nIdentify friction points and adoption gaps through usage data, customer interviews, and feedback loops with Customer Success and Sales\nBuild and prioritize a backlog of targeted product enhancements that drive measurable improvement in customer stickiness\nSupport roadmap planning alongside senior PMs, contributing well-reasoned prioritization recommendations\nData & Insights (30%)\nWork hands-on with product analytics platforms (Pendo, Mixpanel) and write SQL queries to independently explore feature usage and customer behavior\nBuild and maintain dashboards and reports that track adoption trends across customer segments\nTranslate quantitative findings into clear product hypotheses and actionable backlog items\nPartner with Data Science and Engineering on instrumentation improvements and event tracking\nCustomer Engagement (20%)\nParticipate in customer onboarding calls, QBRs, support escalations, and discovery sessions to develop a ground-level understanding of shipper workflows\nWork with Customer Success Managers to surface systemic product gaps and recurring pain points\nChampion the voice of the customer in internal planning and sprint reviews\nCross-Functional Execution (10%)\nCollaborate with Engineering and Design through scoping, development, and post-launch monitoring\nSupport Product Marketing with onboarding materials, release notes, and adoption playbooks\nContribute to presales conversations and market requirement gathering alongside Solutions teams\nWho you are:\n\nMust-Haves\n3+ years developing deep expertise in a specific supply chain or logistics domain (e.g., truckload, last-mile, ocean freight)\nPractical experience specifically in truckload transportation, freight visibility, or carrier/shipper operations\nExperience collaborating with distributed or offshore engineering teams across time zones.\nComfort working hands-on with data: SQL proficiency, familiarity with analytics tools, ability to build a data-driven narrative without hand-holding\nStrong customer engagement skills - you've run discovery calls, written user stories, and can translate qualitative feedback into crisp requirements\nDemonstrated use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) to accelerate PM workflows - synthesizing research, drafting PRDs, generating insights at speed\nPreferred\nPrior exposure to SaaS onboarding flows, feature adoption programs, or customer health scoring\nExperience with Pendo, Amplitude, or similar product analytics tools\nFamiliarity with agile development and working directly with engineering squads\nBachelor's degree in engineering, operations, supply chain, economics, or a quantitative discipline\nWhat Success Looks Like in Year 1\nYou independently own a product area within OTR visibility, with clear adoption and engagement KPIs\nYou've shipped successful customer-facing improvements end-to-end - from discovery to post-launch analysis with significant business impact.\nYour data fluency means you're generating insights without waiting to be asked\nCustomer Success and Engineering teams consider you a reliable, high-signal partner\nCompensation\nThe expected annual base salary range for this role is $90,000 - $120,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, skills, and business needs.
