You will combine experimentation, SEO, GEO, and AEO into one growth roadmap. You will partner with the Web Developer owning technical implementation, so your focus is strategy, content, insight, and measurable growth.\nWhat You'll Do\nStrategy and experimentation\nOwn the website strategy, roadmap, and performance across brand, product, solution, and resource pages\nAlign web priorities with demand generation, product marketing, content, and sales stakeholders\nOwn the A/B testing program: research, hypotheses, prioritization, test design, analysis, and reporting\nMaintain a testing backlog and a library of learnings that informs design and messaging\nPartner with the Web Platform Lead on new builds, QA, and tooling\nSEO, GEO, and AEO\nOwn the SEO, GEO, and AEO strategy and roadmap, tied to topics that matter to pipeline\nDefine keyword, topic, and entity strategy for product, solution, industry, and thought-leadership content\nOptimize on-page SEO: metadata, headings, internal linking, content structure, and refreshes of underperforming pages\nTrack and improve brand presence in AI-generated answers (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI features)\nStructure content for extraction and citation: clear answers, FAQs, entity coverage, authoritative sourcing, and schema\nRun technical SEO audits and write clear requirements for the Web Platform Lead to implement\nSupport off-page efforts that influence search and AI visibility, such as digital PR and third-party presence\nAnalytics and insight\nOwn dashboards and reporting in GA4, Search Console, and SEO platforms (SE Ranking, SEMrush, or similar)\nReport on traffic, rankings, AI visibility, conversion, and pipeline contribution\nDefine tracking requirements and work with the Web Platform Lead to implement and validate them\nContent and collaboration\nReview content briefs and drafts for search intent and topical completeness\nPartner with content, product marketing, and demand generation on campaigns and landing pages\nAssist with SEO content creation\nWhat You’ll Bring\n5+ years in web strategy and optimization with B2B Enterprise SaaS experience preferred\nDemonstrated results from structured experimentation and organic search programs\nSolid technical SEO knowledge: crawlability, indexation, structured data, JavaScript rendering, and site architecture\nExperience with Google Search Console, a major SEO platform, and a testing platform (VWO, Optimizely, or others)\nStrong analytics skills in GA4 and tag management\nA strong point of view on GEO and AEO with hands-on results\nWorking knowledge of HTML and CSS, enough to specify requirements and review work\nUse of LLMs and AI tools in analysis and workflow automation\nClear writing and presentation skills; able to influence developers, writers, and executives\nNice to Have\nExperience with personalization or account-based web experiences\nExperience with user research or UX testing\nWebflow experience\nWe know that job postings can be intimidating, and research shows that while men apply to jobs when they meet an average of 60% of the criteria, women and other marginalized folks tend to only apply when they check every box. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, skills, and business needs.
