While transactional in nature, the position requires strong attention to detail and accountability, as errors directly impact invoicing accuracy, revenue recognition, and client experience.\nCore Responsibilities\nOrder Lifecycle Execution\nExecute the end-to-end processing of all customer orders across internal systems. Ensure that all required fields, product selections, pricing structures, and service configurations are complete and accurate prior to finalization.\nPricing & Product Validation\nValidate pricing, discounts, promotions, and bundled services against approved company standards. Confirm that all order components align with current product offerings and pricing structures.\nBilling Readiness & Financial Alignment\nEnsure all orders are properly structured for invoicing, including subscription setup, billing cadence, payment terms, and tax applicability. Identify and resolve discrepancies before orders are handed off to Finance.\nData Integrity & System Accuracy\nMaintain consistent and accurate data across CRM, ordering platforms, and billing systems. Ensure alignment between systems to prevent downstream reconciliation issues.\nCross-Functional Coordination\nAct as an operational liaison between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success. Communicate order status, clarify discrepancies, and ensure alignment across teams.\nIssue Identification & Resolution Support\nProactively identify order-related issues and discrepancies. Resolve straightforward issues independently and escalate complex cases with clear documentation and context.\nOwnership & Accountability\nAccuracy and completeness of all processed orders\nTimeliness of order execution\nIntegrity of order data across all systems\nReduction of billing errors and rework\nSuccess Metrics\nOrder accuracy rate\nOrder processing turnaround time\nBilling discrepancy rate\nInternal response time / SLA adherence\nRequired Skills\nExceptional attention to detail\nStrong organizational and time management skills\nAbility to manage multiple priorities simultaneously\nClear and professional communication skills\nAccountability and ownership mindset\nSystems Environment\nSalesforce CRM (or comparable CRM)\nWooCommerce or equivalent ordering system\nSubscription billing platforms\nAvalara or comparable tax tools\nOffice 365\nExperience\n1–3 years in order processing, operations, or administrative support roles\nThis is a fully remote role.
