This is why we have increased our workforce by 20% on a yearly basis in the past few years and are investing in hiring new people.\n\nLogistics & Distribution Center Manager\nRole Purpose\nWe are looking for a hands-on Logistics Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of our warehouse and coordinate closely with distribution teams to ensure accurate, timely and efficient order fulfilment.\nThis role is built around active presence on the warehouse floor: organizing daily workloads, guiding the team, monitoring progress and resolving operational issues as they arise.\nThe company operates extensive, modern and well-organized Logistics facilities and is preparing for further expansion. The successful candidate will help maintain high operational standards and contribute to improvements in warehouse layout, equipment, systems and working practices.\nKey Responsibilities\nOrganize and oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch and returns.\nAllocate tasks, set daily priorities and ensure the team delivers against operational targets.\nLead, train and support warehouse employees and team leaders through clear direction and regular feedback.\nMonitor order accuracy, productivity, stock accuracy and dispatch times.\nEnsure consistent use of the WMS and compliance with warehouse processes.\nCoordinate with transportation, customer service and commercial teams to support smooth deliveries and resolve daily issues.\nMaintain high standards of safety, housekeeping and equipment care.\nIdentify practical improvements that reduce errors, delays and unnecessary handling.\nSupport the implementation of warehouse expansion and operational improvement projects.\nThe Profile\nWe are looking for a warehouse professional with:\nProven experience as a Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Supervisor or Logistics Manager in an organized, high-volume operation.\nStrong practical knowledge of warehouse processes, from goods receipt to dispatch.\nExperience in directly supervising warehouse teams and organizing daily workloads.\nConfidence working with WMS systems, inventory controls and operational reports.\nThe ability to manage pressure, adjust priorities and solve problems quickly.\nA visible, approachable and decisive leadership style.\nA strong focus on accuracy, productivity, safety and reliable execution.\nA good working knowledge of English.\nExperience in warehouse reorganizations,
