We welcome candidates from diverse academic backgrounds who demonstrate strong problem-solving ability, learning agility, consulting potential, and Digital, Data & AI fluency.\n\nStrong academic track record from a recognized institution.\n\n1-3 years of experience in management consulting, operational excellence, digital transformation, analytics, or related industry role.\n\nSkills and Capabilities\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to rapidly understand unfamiliar business environments, identify patterns and root causes from incomplete information, challenge assumptions constructively, and develop practical and innovative solutions.\n\nAbility to translate complex data and operational challenges into actionable recommendations.\n\nDemonstrated ability to manage workstreams, prioritize competing demands, and deliver results in complex environments.\n\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.\n\nStrong verbal and written communication skills in English.\n\nAbility to create work-product-focused materials and outputs - PowerPoint decks, Excel models, articles or other written deliverables.\n\nAbility to operate effectively in fast-paced and evolving client environments.\n\nDigital, Data & AI Fluency: Understands how digital technologies, data, automation, and AI can be applied to operational and business challenges.
