the client.\nKey Responsibilities\nDefine and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and release plan in line with the client's strategic and digital transformation objectives.\n\nOwn, refine, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, user needs, risk, and technical dependencies.\n\nTranslate business requirements into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria that the delivery team can estimate and build.\n\nAct as the main point of contact between client stakeholders and the delivery team, running workshops, demos, and steering updates.\n\nLead Agile ceremonies with the Scrum Master, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.\n\nWork with the Solution Architect and UI/UX Designer to ensure solutions are feasible, user-centered, and aligned with architecture standards.\n\nDefine product KPIs and success metrics, track them after go-live, and use the data to drive the next round of improvements.\n\nCoordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and accept or reject completed work against agreed acceptance criteria.\n\nManage scope, timelines, and trade-offs, escalating risks and dependencies early with clear options and recommendations.\n\nProduce and maintain product documentation, including requirements, release notes, and user guides, to support handover and adoption.\n\nContribute to FP's proposals and pre-sales work by shaping digital product scope, estimates, and delivery approaches.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.\n\n5+ years of experience in digital product delivery, with at least 3 years as a Product Owner or Product Manager on web or mobile platforms.\n\nProven experience owning a product backlog and writing user stories and acceptance criteria within Agile/Scrum teams.\n\nExperience working directly with senior client or business stakeholders and managing competing priorities.\n\nHands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar backlog tools, plus Confluence and Figma or equivalent.\n\nSolid understanding of the software development lifecycle, APIs, and system integrations, enough to discuss trade-offs with engineers.\n\nExcellent written and spoken English, with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical
