Some college education in hotel management or basic accounting preferred. Minimum of one-year accounting or audit experience required. Previous hotel/motel experience preferred.\nProficient accuracy in Basic Computer Literacy required.\nSPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:\nMust possess effective communication and organizational skills. Must be able to maintain a professional, positive demeanor in stressful situations, remaining polite to the guests at all times.\nThis position requires a Level 4 Gaming License.\nLANGUAGE SKILLS:\nAbility to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Some analytical ability is required in order to summarize data for reports and find solutions to various administrative problems. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.\nMATHEMATICAL SKILLS:\nAbility to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to prepare and interpret graphs.\nREASONING ABILITY:\nAbility to apply common sense reasoning to a variety of situations.\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS:\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
