We look forward to hearing from you!\nPerforming various tasks to set up, operate, run production products, monitor, troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on assigned machines.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nSet-up and operate equipment/machinery to run production cycles.\nControlling and adjusting machine settings (speed, feed, ect.)\nEffectively monitor machines and equipment.\nFeeding raw material or parts to machines.\nInspect parts with precision and measuring tools.\nMeet daily production targets and goals.\nRead and understand blueprints.\nFollow manufacturing procedures and comply with quality requirements.\nAchieve daily quality goals and safety standards.\nEnsure all records/logs/production documents are completed accurately and efficiently.\nAdherence to 5S and cleanliness practices at all times.\nEnsure that all product is identified correctly and that non-conforming material is clearly identified and segregated and issues are resolved in a timely manner.\nFollow all instructions, policies and procedures.\nFollow all required safety processes and procedures; PPE, guards, cleanliness\nSpecific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:\nGood working knowledge of machinist functional and technical skills, controls and instrumentation\nAbility to read blueprints and other technical drawings and notes\nEffective time management and organizational skills\nPosition Qualifications:\nEducation:\nHS graduate or equivalent required\nExperience:\n1+ years of prior machinist experience\nExperience in manufacturing or manufacturing quality environment preferred\nWork Environment and Physical Requirements:\nManufacturing Environment\nLift up to 50 lbs. regularly\nRequires walking, standing, bending and lifting for long periods of time\nDisclaimer: This list does not represent all physical demands.
