We look forward to hearing from you!\nPOSITION SUMMARY\nThe AP Coordinator makes sure our vendors are paid accurately and on time. The role runs the full accounts payable cycle, from receiving and matching invoices through payment. It works with Purchasing, Receiving and operations teams across our campus to resolve issues quickly. This is a hands-on role with real room to learn, grow and help improve how our AP process runs.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nInvoice Processing\nReview, code and enter vendor invoices in Oracle ERP\nPerform the 3-way match (PO, receipt, invoice) and resolve differences in price, quantity or receiving\nReview employee expense reports for accuracy and get the right approvals before payment\nPayments\nPrepare and process the weekly payment runs, including checks, ACH and wire transfers\nProcess online bank transfers as required\nIssue stop-payments and voids as needed\nVendor Management\nSet up and maintain vendor records, including W-9 and federal ID verification\nReconcile vendor statements and answer vendor questions\nFollow up to make sure credits are received for outstanding memos\nClose, Controls & Audit\nSupport month-end close, including AP accruals and reconciling the AP subledger to the general ledger\nKeep accurate AP records and documentation in line with internal controls\nSupport interim and annual internal and external audits\nAssist with year-end 1099 reporting\nOther duties as assigned\nSKILLS & ABILITIES\nStrong organization and attention to detail\nProficient in Excel\nAble to manage multiple priorities and deadlines\nClear communicator who works well across departments\nQUALIFICATIONS\nEducation\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required\nAssociate's or technical degree preferred\nCertification or coursework in accounting a plus\nExperience\n2+ years in accounts payable or a related accounting role preferred\nOracle ERP experience preferred\nSOX or internal controls experience a plus\nWORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS\nOffice environment - Onsite\nAbility to sit for long periods\nVision needed to review and enter data on a computer\nDisclaimer: This list does not represent all physical demands.
