We look forward to hearing from you!\nPosition Summary:\nResponsible for full cycle accounts payable.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nPerform 3-way match invoice process\nReview invoices & employee expense reports for accuracy & obtain appropriate approvals prior to payment\nCode, enter and post invoices into Syteline ERP\nPrepare weekly cheques & bank wire payments\nProcess online bank account transfers as required\nSupport interim & annual internal & external audits\nProvide support with other duties including month end processes as assigned\nSpecific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:\nProficient in Excel\nStrong problem solving skills with attention to detail\nPosition Qualifications:\nEducation:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nCertification or diploma in a related field an asset\nExperience:\n2+ years of experience required in accounts payable with a multi-company, multi-currency environment\nPrevious ERP systems, SOX or internal control experience a plus\nWork Environment and Physical Requirements:\nOffice Environment\nAbility to sit for long periods of time\nVision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer\nDisclaimer: This list does not represent all physical demands.
