We look forward to hearing from you!\nPosition Summary:\nThe Accounts Receivable Coordinator supports multiple AR functions to ensure accurate cash application, timely collections, and effective revenue management. This role serves as a flexible resource across Collections, Cash Applications, Reporting, and special projects, helping maintain operational continuity while supporting company cash flow and revenue goals. The coordinator researches and resolves account discrepancies, monitors outstanding receivables, and collaborates with internal teams and customers to drive timely payment resolution.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nPost and apply customer payments received through ACH, wire, check, lockbox, and credit card transactions.\nVerify and enter revenue transactions accurately and timely.\nMonitor outstanding receivables and support collection efforts to improve cash flow and reduce aging balances.\nServe as backup support for Collections and Cash Application functions as needed.\nResearch and resolve account discrepancies, deductions, chargebacks, and payment issues.\nPartner with Sales, Customer Service, and other departments to resolve customer account concerns.\nMaintain accurate records of invoices, payments, credits, debits, and account activity.\nPrepare and distribute recurring and ad hoc AR reports.\nSupport month-end activities, reconciliations, and audit requests.\nParticipate in process improvement initiatives, system enhancements, and special projects.\nProvide cross-functional support across the Accounts Receivable team to ensure business continuity and operational efficiency.\nSpecific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:\nFamiliar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures for accounting and finance\nKnowledge of large ERP systems - Oracle preferred· \nStrong Analytical skills and Attention to Detail· \nExcellent Problem-solving skills· Strong MS office knowledge - including MS Excel pivot tables and VLOOKUP· \nMust be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high-level accuracy· \nMust have exceptional time management and organizational skills\nPosition Qualifications:\nEducation:\nRequires a High School Diploma\nPreferred AA Degree in accounting or finance.\nExperience:\n2+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance.\nWork Environment and Physical Requirements:\nOffice Environment\nAbility to sit for long periods of time\nVision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer\nDisclaimer: This list does not represent all physical demands.
