This role focuses on administrative coordination, tracking, and communication to ensure workflows move efficiently and accurately across departments.\nA SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES\nCoordinate day-to-day communication between Fox Nation and internal departments.\nManage scheduling and calendar coordination for meetings.\nMaintain and update trackers for deliverables, payments, and asset inventory.\nAssist with documentation preparation for legal, finance, and production workflows.\nSupport invoice coordination and routine payment follow-ups.\nAssist with travel booking and logistics for shoots and events.\nSupport event coordination for screenings, industry gatherings, and sales conferences\nPrepare meeting materials, notes, and follow-ups.\nHandle ad-hoc administrative and coordination requests.\nWHAT YOU WILL NEED\n1-3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of skills and demonstrated experience.\nStrong organizational and time-management skills.\nExcellent written communication and attention to detail.\nComfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.\nProficiency with calendars, spreadsheets, and document tracking tools.\nBachelor’s degree in journalism or a related field of study preferred, or equivalent experience \nWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
