We empower a diverse range of creators to imagine and develop culturally significant content, while building an organization that thrives on creative ideas, operational expertise and strategic thinking.JOB DESCRIPTION\nThe FOX Studio Lot is looking for a Grill Cook to join their team in Los Angeles, CA!\nA SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES\nFood preparation and production related to the assigned outlet and station\nPrepare, produce, and cook all food products as assigned by the Outlet Chef for the Operation's needs\nMaintain all equipment in good order through proper use and care\nMaintain assigned station in a clean and organized state at all times\nClean up and wipe down the station at the end of the shift\nAssist in putting away all delivered merchandise (produce, meat, fish, dry goods, etc.)\nAdhere to all State and Local Health Department rules and regulations\nOther duties as assigned by chefs/supervisors\nOvertime and earlier start times as required by business needs\nWHAT YOU WILL NEED\nAvailable to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed\nHigh school diploma and/or certificate/diploma from an accredited culinary program or equivalent work experience\n3+ years of prior culinary experience\nBasic knife handling, chopping, slicing, grilling, and sautéing\nFood Safety & Sanitation knowledge\nAble to read and follow assigned recipes and kitchen standards, with excellent customer service and guest interaction\nAble to lift 25lbs\nWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
