This role is key to ensuring that the company's commercial and operational activities are carried out within the applicable legal framework.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nResponsibility for drafting and reviewing contracts with third parties.\nSupport in the preparation of documents and reports for government authorities.\nReview and analysis of notarized instruments.\nReview of legal reforms that may influence the company's operations.\nMonitoring the validity of acquired licenses and permits.\nSupervision of legal compliance for advertising materials, in accordance with current regulations.\nManagement of legal procedures, including applications for licenses, permits, or registrations necessary for daily operations.\nOrganization, registration, filing, and digitalization of legal documents and corporate files.\nCoordination with other internal areas (commercial, marketing, operations) to ensure legal consistency in processes and materials.\nGeneral support in administrative and legal tasks.\nCompliance and risk management.\nPerform risk analysis for commercial and operational projects.\nProtect compliance with internal, regulatory, and contractual policies.\nREQUIREMENTS\nLaw Degree (JD or equivalent).\nFluency in the English language.\n3 to 5 years of experience in contract review and drafting.\nBasic knowledge of advertising regulations, civil contracts, and commercial law.\nBasic experience in processing licenses, permits, or procedures before authorities.\nAbility to work in an organized manner with attention to detail.\nProactivity, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information.\nClear and professional communication.\nProactivity and autonomy.\nDiscretion and ethical sense.\nFlexibility and adaptability.\nTeamwork.\nPressure tolerance and the ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic and high-demand environments.\nAnalytical skills.\nWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
