This role provides high-level executive and operational support across FOX Nation programming, talent development, and FOX News Books. The ideal candidate is a resourceful, detail-oriented professional with exceptional communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and handle confidential information in a fast-paced environment.\nA SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES\nManage a complex executive calendar, coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders, resolve scheduling conflicts, and oversee communications with professionalism and discretion.\nPrepare daily briefings on ratings, programming, talent schedules, premieres, and production updates. Conduct research and develop polished presentations, talent profiles, organizational charts, and executive materials.\nCoordinate talent meetings, visits, and engagements; support prospective hires and industry partners; and manage onboarding for new talent.\nTrack upcoming releases, premieres, livestreams, and production developments; coordinate screeners and viewing materials; and prepare programming summaries for executive review.\nCollaborate with talent on book projects from concept through publication, coordinating editorial development, research, design, cover art, marketing, and promotional opportunities.\nCoordinate talent appearances, promotional shoots, live events, executive meetings, and other strategic initiatives, ensuring schedules, logistics, and materials are aligned.\nArrange domestic and international travel, accommodations, transportation, itineraries, catering, and meetings for executives, talent, and guests.\nProcess expense reports through Workday, manage correspondence and office needs, and maintain efficient day-to-day operations while safeguarding sensitive information.\nWHAT YOU WILL NEED\nBachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.\nPrior administrative experience in a fast-paced professional environment.\nExceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities and changing schedules.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with senior executives, talent, and external partners.\nStrong research, problem-solving, presentation development, and information management skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Canva and other presentation tools.\nSound judgment, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information.\nA proactive, solutions-oriented approach with the flexibility to adapt quickly, collaborate across departments, and adjust work hours as business needs require.\nWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
