We empower a diverse range of creators to imagine and develop culturally significant content, while building an organization that thrives on creative ideas, operational expertise and strategic thinking.JOB DESCRIPTION\nThe Fox Studio Lot is looking for a Second Pantry cook to join their team!\nA SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES\nProper receiving, rotation, and storage of daily vendor deliveries\nPrepare, produce, and cook all food products as assigned by the Outlet Chef for the Operation's needs\nPrepare, produce, and package Grab-n-Go sandwiches for the outlets\nPrepare and produce sandwich orders for guests at the Sandwich Station\nPrepare and cook all food products for delivery and catered events as assigned by the Outlet Chef for the Operation's needs\nMaintain all equipment in good order through proper use and care\nMaintain cleanliness and organization of assigned stations and equipment at all times\nMaintain reach-in coolers and under-counter refrigeration areas including daily cleaning, organization, and proper rotation of products\nClean up and wipe down the station at the end of the shift\nAdhere to all State and Local Health Department rules and regulations\nOther duties as assigned by chefs/supervisors\n WHAT YOU WILL NEED\nHigh school diploma and/or certificate/diploma from an accredited culinary program or equivalent work experience\n3-5 years prior culinary experience\nBasic knife handling, chopping, slicing, grilling, and sauté\nFood Safety & Sanitation knowledge\nRead and follow assigned recipes and kitchen standards, excellent customer service, and guest interaction\nAvailable to work a flexible schedule including, early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed\nAble to lift 25 lbs.\nWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
