We look forward to hearing from you!\nPosition Summary:\nManages an engineering team consisting of engineers and technicians as they develop, test, modify products and find solutions to technical problems.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nPlans, directs, and coordinates activities of Engineering Department while efficiently utilizing team resources.\nConfers with management, production, and marketing to discuss project specifications and procedures.\nAnalyzes technology, resource needs, and market demand to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.\nAssists in the establishment of engineering schedules and follows up performance against estimates.\nInitiates cost reduction proposals from other sources, compiles appropriate information, makes recommendations for action, and checks on results obtained.\nSupports the creation of department budgets and quarterly forecasts updates.\nEnsures compliance of company policies, procedures, and objectives regarding processes and projects.\nWorks on or serves as a resource on projects requiring advanced knowledge of a particular field of specialization.
