We look forward to hearing from you!\nPosition Summary:\nOversees creation of daily build plan reporting as well as other planning and maintenance reports. Supports production control in issuing and tracking work orders, ensuring that required material is supplied to the production floor, as well as expediting and prioritizing parts through the factory and maintaining scheduled dates on work orders.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nOversees daily creation of reports required by the planning department. \nData input for maintenance details of the items and work orders using manual input and data uploads. \nSupport the execution of both short term (0-4 weeks) production schedules to ensure 100% on-time delivery of all customer orders.\nAnalyses capacity planning and material requirements advising Sales of push outs.\nInterfaces with manufacturing personnel, purchasing personnel, etc. on material status and production planning issues.\nApproves and implements deviations from schedules and ECNs.\nSpecific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:\nAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of changing situations.\nAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment\nExcellent analytical skills \n· Proven track record of quality/continuous improvement initiatives\n· Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel\n· High attention to detail\nPosition Qualifications:\nEducation:\nAssociate’s degree\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred\nExperience:\n5+ years hands on experience in manufacturing environment\nPrefer experience with purchasing, expediting, MRP/ERP systems\nWork Environment and Physical Requirements:\nOffice Environment\nAbility to sit for long periods of time\nVision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer\nDisclaimer: This list does not represent all physical demands.
