【Jusda】Freight OP (Air) Supervisor

工作內容

1-Receive customer's shipment requirements, arrange booking, follow up and complete the delivery plan;

2-Confirm line quotes with sales about new business, special requirements, and confirm flights&shipping schedules with product department at the same time to meet business needs;

3-Coordination of resources (space issue, offload etc.), coordination and handling of emergencies issue(cargo damage, truck halting etc.),communication with origin and destination in advance;

4-Produce operation details to the accounting department by month, upload documents into the system, and assist the accounting department to deal with the abnormalities;

5-Propose optimization solutions based on the various delivery process, and work with the operations division to improve the operation process;

6-Assist supervisors in achieving work goals and ensuring that 100％ of work is accomplished.
