As part of the Repair team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks within the ORT Department in a production environment and have the opportunity to display critical thinking skills to expand your career in Smart Manufacturing.\nResponsibilities\nRepair return defective circuit boards.\nWork closely with Failure Analysis Engineer (FAE) for PCAs troubleshooting and provide root-cause diagnostic feedback.\nHands on soldering skills for component replacement.\nKnow and able to read electronic schematics, BRD/CAD file and conduct component level.\nTroubleshoots for defective mother boards.\nUse visual clues, computer programs, and diagnostic tools to further diagnose FA difficulties.\nInterface with cross functional teams such as Test, Failure Analysis, Engineering, Production, etc.\nOther Duties as assigned.\nQualifications\n2-year technical degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is a plus.\nStrong attention to detail.\nAbility to work with switches, network equipment etc.\nPast experience with computer hardware like CPUs, NIC, Memory etc.\nMust be able to work extended hours
