Once a part of the team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks within the Engineering Department in a production environment and have the opportunity to display critical thinking skills to expand your career in Smart Manufacturing.\nThe Manufacturing Engineer will collaborate with design engineers to review PCB layouts, select appropriate equipment, and conduct process validation, while also assisting the Maintenance Department as needed.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop and optimize manufacturing processes for electronic assemblies\nDesign and implement efficient assembly line layouts\nCollaborate with design engineers on PCB layouts and manufacturability\nSelect, install, and maintain manufacturing equipment\nConduct process validation and yield analysis\nTroubleshoot and resolve process-related issues\nDevelop and maintain process documentation\nPerform continuous process improvement initiatives\nOther duties as assigned\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering required;
