You will have the opportunity to display critical thinking skills and expand your career in smart manufacturing.\nResponsibilities\nMust be able to perform the roles and responsibilities of Assembly Operator, PTH Operator I, PTH Operator II, and PTH Assistant Lead.Leads and motivates a team that works to complete tasks as set by higher-level management.\n\nTrack attendance in an organized fashion.\nAssist Production Area Lead and Production Supervisor in overseeing line operations.\nDevelop the ability to complete daily and weekly production plans to meet output goals.\nEnsure that operators adhere to working hours, quality standards, and work instructions.\nCollaborate with Supervisor on tasks such as dispatching production orders and ordering components.\nCreate accurate end-of-shift reports and provide data to management upon request in a timely manner.\nCommunicate with various departments and raise issues through appropriate channels.\nResolve low-level conflicts; know when conflicts need to be escalated to the supervisor/manager.\nWillingness to move to a variety of workstations and perform a multitude of tasks.\nFollow policies and instructions that pertain to quality work standards and production quality.\nPromote safety and apply 5s principles; clean, dust, sweep, mop, tape, and organize your work area.\nMust be able to work well in a team setting and be willing to collaborate with others as needed.\nOther duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or GED required; candidates with prior experience without the required education will be considered.\n1 year experience in a related field required.\nBasic computer skills required.\nMust be familiar with Microsoft Office (Including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).\nIPC-610 Certification strongly preferred.\nMust be able to read tape measure, work instructions, and other documents written in English.\nMust follow safety protocols and wear PPE properly.\nMust be able to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50lbs;
