This is a highly visible, hands-on role responsible for translating financial data into clear insights that guide strategic and operational decisions.\nYou will own key budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial modeling activities while partnering closely with leaders across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strong technical finance expertise with business acumen, clear communication, and the ability to build scalable processes in a fast-paced, global software environment.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead the annual budgeting process, monthly reforecasts, and long-range financial planning for the U.S. business\n\nDeliver accurate, timely, and actionable financial analysis to support executive and operational decision-making\n\nPrepare monthly financial packages, executive and board-level reporting, and operational dashboards\n\nPartner with department leaders to establish budgets, monitor spending, evaluate performance, and identify risks and opportunities\n\nPerform scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and strategic planning to assess potential business outcomes\n\nAnalyze and clearly explain variances against budget, forecast, and prior-period performance\n\nBuild and maintain dynamic financial models for revenue, operating expenses, cash flow, and headcount planning\n\nPartner with Accounting to ensure alignment between financial actuals, forecasts, and reporting\n\nImprove and automate financial reporting, planning tools, and internal processes\n\nSupport investor relations, fundraising initiatives, and M&A due diligence as needed\n\nProvide guidance and mentorship to financial analysts as the function continues to scale\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nRequired Qualifications\n7-10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related financial discipline\n\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field\n\nActive CPA license\n\nExperience supporting a SaaS, software, or subscription-based business\n\nAdvanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities\n\nStrong understanding of financial statements, cash flow forecasting, and business performance analysis\n\nWorking knowledge of SaaS metrics, including ARR, CAC, LTV, retention, and churn\n\nExperience with NetSuite and FP&A platforms such as Planful, Workday Adaptive Planning, or similar tools\n\nAbility to translate complex financial information into clear, executive-ready insights\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working within a high-growth, global, or lean operating environment\n\nStrong business judgment and the ability to connect financial performance to broader company strategy\n\nProven success partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders\n\nExperience managing, developing, or mentoring financial analysts\n\nA proactive, hands-on approach to improving processes and solving business challenges\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\nForecasts and financial reporting are accurate, timely, and trusted by business leaders\n\nExecutives
