While systems analysis is the core discipline, every member of the team is expected to take ownership of application administration and operational support regardless of title.\nYou will serve as a bridge between functional stakeholders, technical teams, and data operations-helping translate business needs into scalable technical solutions while improving reliability, efficiency, and automation across our technology ecosystem.\nWe are particularly interested in candidates with an AI-forward mindset who can identify opportunities to leverage automation, AI-assisted workflows, and emerging enterprise technologies.\nWhat You'll Do\nPartner with business and technology stakeholders to support, optimize, and scale business applications and operational processes.\n\nGather, document, and translate business requirements into technical specifications, workflows, and delivery plans.\n\nSupport systems integrations, APIs, workflow automation, and operational dependencies across business platforms and data systems.\n\nPartner with Data Engineering and Analytics teams on reporting requirements, data quality, and downstream analytics needs.\n\nLead and support UAT, regression testing, deployment validation, and post-release stabilization.\n\nDevelop and maintain process documentation, system documentation, and operational runbooks.\n\nIdentify opportunities for automation, process standardization, and AI-assisted workflows.\n\nHelp improve the scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency of Foxit's business technology ecosystem.\n\nTake ownership of application administration and operational responsibilities as needed across the team's systems and platforms.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired Qualifications\n5+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, Applications Support, Business Process Improvement, or a related discipline.\n\nExperience supporting enterprise SaaS applications and business systems.\n\nExperience working with systems integrations, APIs, and workflow automation.\n\nStrong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) across Agile, hybrid, and Waterfall delivery environments.\n\nStrong ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements, workflows, and actionable solutions.\n\nComfortable working across business stakeholders, technical teams, and data-focused teams.\n\nStrong problem-solving, documentation, testing, and process-improvement skills.\n\nAn AI-forward mindset and interest in applying emerging technologies to improve business operations.\n\nPreferred Experience\nExperience with one or more of the following enterprise platforms or technologies is a plus:\nCRM, ERP, CPQ, marketing automation, or document workflow platforms\n\nSalesforce\n\nHubSpot\n\nDealHub\n\nNetSuite\n\nDatabricks\n\niPaaS and integration middleware\n\nAI-enabled enterprise applications, automation capabilities, and copilots\n\nWhy
