you to be directly accountable for a full range of site-based commercial activities.\nDuties:\nThe role will require you to work collaboratively across various departments to deliver the following:\nPrepare monthly/quarterly forecasts and associated variance analysis and commentary\nManage internal and external financial reporting, including JV reports and assisting with financial audits.\nEnforce adherence to commercial policies, identifying and leading business improvement efforts.\nAnalyze and optimize departmental and activity-based costs to meet financial targets.\nCoordinate timely reporting in accordance with Joint Venture and management agreements.\nSupport site personnel on company financial, procurement, and commercial policies.\nSupport departments in meeting commercial obligations, including contractor management and capital procurement.\nDrive a culture of innovation and high performance within the team.\nOversee key projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.\nAbout you:\nA successful candidate will possess the following:\nFinancial qualification (Bachelor level in Business, Commerce or Accounting) and working towards CA/CPA or equivalent.\n3+ years of post-qualification accounting (preferably in the mining industry).\nExperience of working in a fast-paced environment with measurable outcomes.\nA willingness to be part of a winning team that delivers together. \nDemonstrate strong commercial acumen.\nMethodical, accurate and timely preparation of data, report writing and management
