Reporting to the People & Engagement Manager, you will provide practical HR support to leaders and employees across site, with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, workforce planning, HR processes and day-to-day leader support.\nThis role is well suited to someone who enjoys being close to the operation, building strong relationships with leaders and employees, and providing balanced, practical advice that helps the business move forward.\nThe opportunity:\nAs HR Advisor, you will support a broad range of people-related activities across the site, including:\nproviding HR advice and support to supervisors, superintendents and department leaders\nsupporting employee relations matters, including performance, conduct, absenteeism, grievances and investigations\nassisting with recruitment, onboarding and employee movements\npreparing employment documentation, correspondence and HR reports\nsupporting workforce planning and change management activities\nassisting with HR projects, policy implementation and process improvement\nmaintaining accurate HR records and employee data\npromoting a positive, respectful and engaged workplace culture\nAbout you:\nTo be successful in this role, you will bring:\nprevious experience in an HR Officer, HR Coordinator, HR Advisor or similar role\nsound understanding of HR processes, employment documentation and employee lifecycle activities\nexperience supporting employee relations or performance management matters\nstrong communication and relationship-building skills\nthe ability to manage competing priorities in a busy operational environment\nhigh attention to detail and strong record-keeping capability\nconfidence working with leaders and employees at all levels\ndiscretion, professionalism and sound judgement when handling confidential matters\nExperience in mining, heavy industry, construction, logistics or another operational environment will be highly regarded.\nWhy Foxleigh?\nAt Foxleigh, our people are central to how we operate.
