This is an opportunity for anyone who wants to experience this journey with us.\nWhat we’re looking for:\nAn Executive Assistant to CEO who’s more than just organized - someone who’s sharp, proactive, and thrives in supporting leadership across multiple ventures while we scale.\nYou’ll be working across our ecosystem:\nFoxsense Innovations - Our 7-year-old tech company that’s scaling 1.5x in the next 12-18 months\nInsureTrek - Our insurance tech product startup that’s growing rapidly\nFS Cares - Our community initiative that’s expanding its impact\nAs our Executive Assistant to CEO, you’ll be the connector who helps us:\nSupport the CEO across ventures:\n- Act as the bridge between the CEO and different teams, partners, and stakeholders\n- Handle correspondence and communications with confidence and clarity\n- Help manage schedules, meetings, and travel\n- Iteratively build frameworks and SOPs for the teams to scale and succeed\nEnable smooth scaling:\n- Help coordinate as we grow Foxsense\n- Track priorities, follow-ups, and key projects across all ventures\n- Create reports and dashboards that provide visibility into everything happening across all ventures\nDrive execution:\n- Ensure nothing slips through the cracks as we scale\n- Help run everything from leadership meetings to team offsites\nThink strategically:\n- Anticipate needs before they’re expressed\n- Use AI and tools to create efficient workflows and reports\n- Be not just a task manager, but someone who understands the importance of having the right systems in place to scale\nYou’re probably someone who:\nHas relevant experience:\n- 0 - 2 years in executive support, operations, or founder’s office environment\n- Has worked in high-autonomy, fast-paced environments\n- Understands how to support scaling effectively while staying sane\nThinks and communicates clearly:\n- Can speak with confidence and represent leadership well\n- Comfortable using AI tools to create dashboards and reports\n- Writes and communicates professionally across all channels\nThinks across ventures:\n- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities without dropping the ball\n- Can balance competing demands from different business initiatives\n- Has an instinct for working with founders and thinking strategically\nThinks ahead:\n- Notices what could be improved before it becomes a problem\n- Enjoys building processes that make everyone’s job easier\n- Comfortable making decisions when the path isn’t perfectly clear\nThrives with variety:\n- Genuinely enjoys juggling different projects and priorities\n- Can switch between big-picture thinking and detailed execution\n- Finds energy in helping others succeed\nWhat you’ll experience:\nGrowth alongside ours:\nYour role will evolve as we do.
