This is an opportunity for anyone who wants to experience this journey with us.\nAbout the role\nAs a Lead QA Engineer, you will be responsible for managing a team of QA engineers and leading the entire quality assurance process. You’ll drive the development of automation frameworks and ensure that high-quality software products are delivered.\nResponsibilities:\nLead the QA team in designing, developing, and executing test strategies and automation frameworks.\nOwn the quality process from test planning to post-release validation and support.\nWork closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to meet quality standards.\nArchitect, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks for web and mobile applications utilising Playwright, Selenium, and Appium.\nMentor and guide junior QA engineers, encouraging best practices and a quality-first mindset.\nTrack and report QA metrics, including defect density, coverage, and test execution.\nIdentify and drive improvements to testing processes and practices.\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\n6+ years of experience in QA, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.\nExpertise in web and mobile automation tools, specifically Playwright, Selenium, and Appium.\nStrong understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.\nExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.\nWhy work with us\nWhen you work with Foxsense Innovations, you donʼt just work a boring job.
