This is an opportunity for anyone who wants to experience this journey with us.\nAbout the role:\nThe Software Developer Senior Designs, builds, tests, and - most importantly - ships high-value software that solves real problems. Strives for security, performance, simplicity, usability, and maintainability. Mentors and guides less experienced software engineers.\nResponsibilities:\n1. Team Contribution\nWorks within established agile methods, promoting an atmosphere of continuous improvement.\nContinuously learns new technologies and patterns and practices.\nDocuments knowledge for the benefit of the team.\nReports to the team on obstacles and roadblocks.\nParticipates in, and occasionally leads, sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and other team meetings.\nPromote patterns and best practices on the team.\nMentors and guides the less experienced software engineers.\n2. Planning and Design\nWorks with the product team and stakeholders to refine and document requirements.\nEstimates effort for planning purposes.\nDesigns and documents enterprise-level software architecture, consulting with Enterprise Architecture when appropriate.\n3. Development\nWrites code to develop software that meets requirements and specifications.\nFollows established software development life cycle (SLDC).\nWrites code with readability and future maintenance in mind.\nFollows established source control standards and best practices.\nAdheres to established secure coding practices.\nReviews code for other developers.\nLeads team-based development efforts.\n4. Quality Assurance\nValidates QA findings and fixes defects.\nDevelops integration and testing points in the software that allow for QA testing.\nAssists QA in running performance and load tests.\n5. Release\nAssists with release planning and releases.\n6.
