Click on Apply and we will reach out to you soon.\nResponsibilities:\nDetermines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.\nDocuments and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.\nPrepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.\nImproves operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in policies and procedures.\nObtains and licenses software by obtaining required information from vendors; recommending purchases; testing and approving products.\nUpdates job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment\nParticipate in educational opportunities & read professional publications;\nProtects operations by keeping information confidential.\nProvides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues.\nAccomplishes engineering and organization mission by completing related results as needed.\nDevelops software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle.\nRequirements:\nProven work experience as a Full Stack Engineer or Senior Software Developer\nStrong experience designing and developing scalable and interactive applications\nHands-on expertise in React or similar UI technologies for frontend development and Python or other modern backend languages\nExperience in mobile app development (e.g., React Native, Flutter, or Native Android/iOS)\nDeep understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL/MySQL) with strong proficiency in SQL\nExperience with ORM frameworks (e.g., TypeORM, SQLAlchemy or similar)\nFamiliarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) and caching systems like Redis is a plus\nTest-driven development and automated testing experience is a plus\nProficiency with modern software engineering tools, Git-based workflows, and CI/CD pipelines\nStrong ownership mindset with ability to lead teams, mentor developers, and drive end-to-end delivery\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders\nWorking knowledge of AWS or other cloud platforms is an added advantage\nWhy work with us\nWhen you work with Foxsense Innovations, you donʼt just work a boring job.
