This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their career who is keen to gain hands-on experience across employee onboarding, HR administration, employee experience and people processes.\nYou'll play a key role in helping new starters get off to the best possible start, supporting our employees throughout their journey with Foxtons, and working closely with teams across the business.\nNo previous HR experience is required. We're looking for someone with great attention to detail, strong communication skills and a genuine interest in people and how businesses support their employees.\n\nWhat you'll be doing:\n Supporting the onboarding of new employees\nCoordinating employee documentation and records\nAssisting with people-related projects and initiatives\nHelping to deliver a great employee experience\nProviding administrative support to the wider People team\nWorking with colleagues across the business to keep our people processes running smoothly\nAbout You\nAs well as having excellent organisational skills, a good knowledge of Excel and meticulous attention to detail, we are looking for someone capable of prioritising a busy workload and who takes pride in delivering a high standard of work.
