That means bringing more technical knowledge, continuing to build new capabilities and creating a development setup that can scale with us.\nThis is a hands-on senior development role. You’ll spend a significant part of your time building and solving technical problems, while also taking ownership of more complex work, supporting technical decisions and helping less experienced developers grow.\nIn short: we’re looking for someone who still loves to code, but can also help others figure out how to move things forward.\nWhat you will do:\nDevelop and improve FDP and connected platform capabilities.\n\nTake ownership of complex development tasks, investigations and technical problem-solving.\n\nHelp drive new development and capabilities across our customer-facing platforms.\n\nReview development work and contribute to stable, high-quality releases.\n\nSupport planning, estimation and technical breakdown of development work.\n\nWork closely with internal teams and external development partners.\n\nHelp bring technical knowledge and ownership from external partners into Foxway.\n\nBuild practical development routines, documentation and ways of working.\n\nGuide and support junior developers as our internal team grows.\n\nExplore how modern development practices and AI can help us build smarter and faster.\n\nThe role can be based from our offices in Sweden offices such as in Solna, Göteborg, Växjö, or in Tartu, Estonia with a strong focus on in-person collaborationof 4 days in the office per week.\nWe believe you have:\nAround 5+ years of professional software development experience.\n\nStrong recent hands-on experience with TypeScript and Node.js.\n\nExperience working with technologies such as React, NestJS, Next.js and Tailwind.\n\nA strong backend development foundation.\n\nExperience working with applications or platforms in a development landscape with multiple systems and dependencies.\n\nThe ability to independently take development work from problem to working solution.\n\nExperience working with structured development, releases and technical documentation.\n\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\n\nProfessional fluency in English, both speaking and writing.\n\nMeritorious\nFluency in AI and/or modern development tools.\n\nExperience from Microsoft/.NET environments, broader full-stack development, mentoring other developers or working with AI-supported development tools is a plus.\n\nSwedish is also an advantage, particularly as some of our platforms interact closely with Swedish customers, but it is not a requirement.\n\nTo succeed in this role\nYou enjoy building things and figuring things out.
