Our purpose is simple: to make digital life easier while reducing unnecessary waste and extending the life of technology.\nWe are now launching a new Walk-in Service in Södertälje and are looking for Walk-in Service Advisor to help build the experience from the start.\nWhat you'll be doing\nAs a Walk-in Service Advisor, you will be one of the first people customers meet when visiting our Walk-in Service. Your role is to understand what they need, guide them towards the right solution and make sure they feel supported throughout the process.\nWhether someone needs help with a device, wants to understand their available options or arrives frustrated because something isn't working, your focus is to listen, advise and create a positive experience.\nWhat you will do:\nWelcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly way.\n\nUnderstand customer needs through active listening and the right questions.\n\nAdvise customers on available devices, services and next steps.\n\nHandle questions and challenging customer situations calmly and constructively.\n\nCoordinate with technicians and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.\n\nManage customer flow, waiting times and service priorities.\n\nKeep customers informed about the progress of their requests.\n\nMaintain accurate customer records and service documentation.\n\nWho we are looking for\nYou are naturally service-minded and enjoy working directly with people. You communicate clearly, stay calm when situations become challenging and genuinely enjoy finding solutions.\nWe believe you have\nPrevious experience from customer service, retail, helpdesk, hospitality, technical support or another customer-facing environment.\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nA practical and solution-oriented mindset.\n\nConfidence handling complaints or frustrated customers professionally.\n\nThe ability to manage several customers and priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nAn interest in technology and willingness to learn about different devices and services.\n\nGood communication skills in Swedish and English.\n\nYou don't need to be a technician.
