Our purpose is simple: to make digital life easier while reducing unnecessary waste and extending the life of technology.\nWe are now launching a new Walk-in Service in Södertälje and are looking for a Walk-in Technician to provide hands-on technical support to customers visiting the service.\nWhat you'll be doing\nAs a Walk-in Technician, you will be the technical point of contact when customers bring devices to our Walk-in Service.\nYou will assess devices, troubleshoot problems, perform device swaps and determine the right next step. Some issues you will resolve directly, while others will need to be documented and routed to the appropriate repair or service team.\nWhat you will do:\nPerform initial diagnostics on computers, phones and other devices.\n\nTroubleshoot basic hardware and software issues.\n\nAssess device condition and determine the appropriate next step.\n\nPerform device SWAPs according to established processes.\n\nTriage repair cases and route them for further technical handling when needed.\n\nCheck device eligibility, warranty status and required documentation.\n\nPrepare and configure devices and related equipment when required.\n\nExplain technical findings and next steps clearly to customers.\n\nDocument technical findings and actions accurately in relevant systems.\n\nEscalate more complex cases and collaborate with repair and service teams.\n\nWho we are looking for\nYou enjoy hands-on technical work but are equally comfortable interacting directly with customers. You can troubleshoot methodically, explain technical issues simply and remain service-minded when a customer arrives with an urgent problem.\nWe believe you have\nPrevious experience with IT hardware, technical support, device repair, service desk or similar technical work.\n\nGood understanding of computers, mobile devices and common hardware/software issues.\n\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\n\nGood attention to detail and ability to follow technical processes.\n\nA service-minded approach and confidence working directly with customers.\n\nAbility to prioritize and manage several cases in a fast-paced environment.\n\nGood communication skills in Swedish and English.\n\nTechnical education and/or relevant certifications are considered a merit.\n\nExperience within circularity or refurbishment is not required.
