We are growing and looking to recruit a Full-time Payments Specialist (Remote) in APAC region.\nResponsibilities:\nProcess and monitor client deposits, withdrawals, and transfers making sure they are carried out as per relevant regulations and guidelines\nUpdate the CRM and Platform systems with relevant information\nCommunicate with the Back Office Manager if any issues arise\nHelp to perform a timely investigation of any client requests/complaints\nAssist Onboarding/Support teams in replying to client queries\nWork with the Compliance and Risk teams on specific client cases when necessary\nConciliate with customers and service providers on payment issues via different channels\nOther ad-hoc duties as per management’s request\nCandidate Profile:\nAround 1 year of experience in payments, transactions, or a similar financial operations role\nComputer literacy with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel)\nPrevious experience communicating with clients is a plus\nA team player with excellent communication skills\nExcellent written and spoken English\nPrior experience in customer support, and particularly in forex, CFDs or the wider financial services industry, will be considered an advantage\nWillingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment\nAbility to work rotation shifts Monday -
