phản hồi khi phát hiện vấn đề kỹ thuật trong thiết kế.\n\nPhối hợp BA/PO để làm rõ yêu cầu nghiệp vụ trước khi triển khai.\n\nViết tài liệu kỹ thuật cho module mình phụ trách (API spec, luồng xử lý).\n\nHỗ trợ xử lý sự cố (bug, performance issue) trong quá trình vận hành.\n\nYêu cầu\n\nTốt nghiệp ĐH chuyên ngành CNTT, Khoa học máy tính, Hệ thống thông tin hoặc tương đương.\n\n3-5 năm kinh nghiệm phát triển backend.\n\nThành thạo Java (Spring Boot).\n\nNắm vững CSDL quan hệ (SQL) và có kinh nghiệm với ít nhất một loại NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis...) là lợi thế.\n\nHiểu về thiết kế RESTful API, microservices, message queue là lợi thế.\n\nCó kiến thức cơ bản về bảo mật ứng dụng, mã hoá dữ liệu — ưu tiên ứng viên từng làm hệ thống xử lý dữ liệu cá nhân.\n\nSử dụng thành thạo Git, quen quy trình CI/CD.\n\nCó tư duy chủ động, sẵn sàng học các quy định pháp lý liên quan đến dữ liệu để áp dụng vào thiết kế — không yêu cầu biết trước, đào tạo trong quá trình làm việc.\n\nTiếng Anh đọc hiểu tài liệu kỹ
