Overview\nWe are seeking experienced DevOps Engineers to support the Celestial project, which focuses on implementing an Agentic Cloud Development environment to strengthen security, improve developer productivity, and streamline software delivery processes.\nThe successful candidates will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to build, automate, and optimise cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and development workflows while ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure on AWS.\nDevelop and optimise CI/CD pipelines to automate software builds, testing, and deployments.\nManage containerised applications using Docker, Kubernetes, Amazon EKS, and Helm.\nImplement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.\nMonitor system performance, availability, and security using observability tools such as AWS CloudWatch, Splunk, and Datadog.\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, application, and deployment issues.\nManage artifact repositories and software dependencies using tools such as JFrog.\nAutomate operational processes through scripting and configuration management.\nImprove developer workflows and enhance the overall developer experience.\nExplore and adopt AI-powered development tools, including coding assistants and Large Language Models (LLMs), to improve engineering efficiency.\nCollaborate with development, security, and infrastructure teams to implement DevOps best practices.\nDrive continuous improvements in system reliability, automation, security, and operational efficiency.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.\nMinimum 5 years of software engineering experience, with proficiency in at least one programming language such as JavaScript, Java, Python, or .NET.\nMinimum 3 years of hands-on experience with containerisation and orchestration technologies, including Docker, Kubernetes, Amazon EKS, and Helm.\nMinimum 3 years of AWS experience, with a strong understanding of cloud services, infrastructure management, and cloud architecture.\nProven experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.\nStrong understanding of CI/CD processes and hands-on experience with GitHub Actions.\nExperience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools such as AWS CloudWatch, Splunk, or Datadog.\nFamiliarity with artifact repository management tools such as JFrog.\nStrong Linux administration skills and proficiency in Shell scripting.\nExperience in optimising developer workflows, automation, and development environments.\nAbility to diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues across multiple technology layers.\nFamiliarity with AI-powered coding assistants, LLMs, and their applications in software engineering.\nStrong understanding of software engineering principles, DevOps methodologies, and industry best practices.\nPreferred Qualifications\nAWS certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer.\nKubernetes-related certifications, such as Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD).\nExperience implementing AI-assisted development workflows or Agentic AI solutions.\nExposure to cloud security, DevSecOps practices, and infrastructure automation.\nSkills\ninfrastructure
